Getting Started

The process begins with an initial consultation with one of our diamond specialists. On this call, we not only want to learn about your diamond and budgetary preferences, but we'll also provide you with a comprehensive diamond education. We recommend getting started 8-10 weeks before you would like your finished ring. If you have a tighter deadline, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Diamond Viewing

Unlike a typical jeweler, we utilize a network of diamond wholesalers in order to present you with a curated assortment of the highest quality diamonds from which to choose. Our recommendations are impartial, ensuring you get a more beautiful diamond at the best possible price. Located in Midtown Manhattan, the bespoke showroom is open by appointment on weekdays from 10am - 6pm. Working with us remotely is the same process as it is in-person, the only difference being you view your diamond selections via HD photos and videos.

Bespoke Creation

Our settings are handcrafted by our master bench-jewelers and are designed to best enhance your specific diamond. Ring production takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Our team of Graduate Gemologists oversee the making of every piece, ensuring the highest quality of design and production.

Your Completed Piece

We're your jeweler for life. Each custom piece comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty as well as complimentary cleanings, prong tightening, and resizing.
